"Worth it for the price"
Pretty solid overall. I’ll be honest, it took me a little while to figure it out at first. Some trial and error. A bit of clicking around. But once we got the hang of it, it actually ended up saving us money. For the price, I’d say it was worth it

We tried Kindred for the first time on a weekend trip last month, and the swap credits were super easy to understand. By the time we booked, it felt fair and straightforward, so we weren’t sitting there overthinking the cost. The whole thing went smoothly from start to finish

"So clean, so easy"
Our stay through livekindred.com was really easy, and the house was clean, clean. As soon as we walked in, everything just felt fresh — the bathrooms, the kitchen, the sheets, all of it.
I’m definitely picky about cleanliness, so I notice that stuff right away. It made the whole trip feel way more comfortable and relaxed. I’d happily book with them again, no question

"I was really glad they allowed pets..."
I was really glad they allowed pets because that made the stay feel so much less stressful for me. That said, I did feel a bit unsure at times because the pet rules weren’t always super clear. It was okay overall, but I wish things had been explained a little better.

"Straightforward pricing, which I really appreciate"
I liked that LiveKindred lays out the pricing clearly. Maybe I’m a bit cautious, but I don’t want to sign up for something and then find out later there are extra fees I somehow missed. With this, I didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of pages or second-guess what I was agreeing to. Everything was easy enough to understand upfront, and for me, that makes signing up feel a lot less stressful.

The site itself worked fine, so no real complaints there. But the service fees were ridiculous. The price looked okay at first, then by the time I got to the end it felt like it had jumped way more than it should have. I know fees are part of the deal, but whoever runs this really needs to be more upfront or tone them down. Not sure I’d bother using it again

I had an issue with my booking and support did eventually get it fixed, but it took longer than I was hoping. The whole experience was okay overall, just something about it felt a little slower than it needed to be

"Nice idea, but you need to be flexible"
I do like the idea behind it, and the site itself was easy to use. It’s just... the places I actually wanted weren’t always available, so I had to move my dates around a bit and be more flexible than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, i just wish there were more options to choose from.

The house rules were super easy to follow, which I really appreciated. I hate when you’re staying somewhere and you’re like, wait, am I allowed to do this or not? None of that here. Everything was laid out clearly, so I could just settle in and not overthink every little thing.

"Got help way faster than expected"
I had a question about my booking and sent support a message, figuring it’d be one of those things where I’d hear back maybe the next day. But they replied quickly and got it sorted without turning it into a whole hassle. it was just nice dealing with someone who seemed to actually read what I wrote and knew what to do with that part.

The place was exactly like the listing. The rooms, kitchen, and even the small details all matched what we saw online, so there weren’t any awkward surprises when we arrived. It made the whole trip feel a lot more relaxed

"Really convenient spot, just be considerate with parking"
The location was the best part for me. It was super easy to get to shops, places to eat, and the main areas without having to overthink or plan everything out. That made the whole stay feel a lot more relaxed. The only thing is parking could be a little annoying at times, so it definitely helps if everyone is just decent and mindful about it. Overall though, it was really convenient and I’d happily stay there again.

Booking with LiveKindred was straightforward. I picked my dates, looked through the place details, and had it wrapped up quickly. The steps were easy to follow, and I didn’t run into anything confusing. I also appreciated not having to go back and forth a bunch, which is always an avoidable hassle in my opinion. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience

"Check-in was easy"
Check-in with LiveKindred was smooth overall. The instructions in the email were clear enough, and I found the place without any trouble. I did have to reread the part about the lock once or twice, but after a minute I figured it out and got in fine. I also appreciated having the receipt/details in my email, though it would’ve been nice if the check-in info came a little earlier. Not a big issue though, overall it went well.

"Nice place, but I had a few doubts"
Overall, the house was nice and mostly looked like the photos. It was clean enough, but some of the furniture felt a bit worn out, which made me wonder how well the place is being maintained. The shower pressure was also weak. Not a bad stay, just a few things that made the quality feel a little uneven.
